Maveli AD provides synchronized Audio Description narration for visually impaired audiences while watching
the feature film Maveli Keralathil.
Installation Instructions
- Download the APK using the button above.
- Open the Downloads folder on your Android device.
- Tap the downloaded APK file.
- If prompted, allow installation from this source.
- Complete the installation process.
- Open the Maveli AD application.
Before Watching the Film
- Use headphones or earbuds.
- Set the phone to Airplane Mode.
- Enable Do Not Disturb mode.
- Ensure the battery is adequately charged.
- Keep screen brightness low.
- Launch the app before the film begins.
- Press START LISTENING and keep the app open.
How the App Works
- The app listens for synchronization markers embedded in the film soundtrack.
- When the start marker is detected, Audio Description playback begins automatically.
- The app periodically verifies synchronization throughout the film.
- No internet connection is required during playback.
Privacy & Security
- Maveli AD does not require user registration or login.
- Maveli AD does not collect, store, or transmit personal information.
- Maveli AD does not use location services.
- Maveli AD does not access photos, videos, documents, or device storage
- Maveli AD does not require an internet connection for operation.
- Microphone access is used solely to detect synchronization markers from the film soundtrack.
- No audio recorded through the microphone is stored, uploaded, or shared.
- All processing is performed locally on the user's device.
Google Play Protect Warning
